Getting Started: Your First Day on 1Mint Club
Welcome to 1Mint Club! Whether you're a coffee shop, a boutique, a gym, or any local business, you're about to unlock a powerful customer engagement platform that helps you build real loyalty.
This guide is your day-one companion. We'll walk you through every step from signing up to sending your first campaign. By the end of this guide, you'll have a complete profile, your first offer live, customers imported, and a campaign ready to go. Let's get started.
Before You Start
- A business email address
- Basic business information (name, address, type)
- A payment method if choosing a paid plan (Starter is free)
Sign Up for 1Mint Club
Visit the signup page
Navigate to the 1Mint Club website and click "Get Started Free" or "Sign Up." You'll be taken to the signup welcome page where you can see an overview of what 1Mint Club offers — personalized offers, customer insights, and a growing local shopping network.
Complete the registration form
The signup flow is a clean, multi-step form. You'll start by entering your business name, then proceed through slides covering your business category, location, contact information, the number of customers you have, and how you heard about 1Mint Club. Each slide focuses on one thing to keep it simple.
You can press Enter to advance through the signup slides quickly. The progress dots at the top show you exactly where you are in the process.
Set your email and password
Enter the email address that will serve as your login and choose a strong password. This email is also where you'll receive account notifications, billing receipts, and support communications. Choose an email you check regularly.
Accept the terms and submit
Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These are linked for your review — they cover data handling, service terms, and your rights as a partner. Once accepted, click "Continue" to move to plan selection.
Choose Your Plan
Compare available plans
The plan selection page presents three tiers: Starter (free), Growth, and Scale. Each card clearly shows the price, included features, and limits. Features are listed with checkmarks (included) and X marks (not included) so you can compare at a glance. The "Popular" badge highlights the Growth plan as the most chosen option.
Select and confirm your plan
Click on the plan that fits your needs. If you choose Starter, you can skip payment and get started immediately. For Growth or Scale, you'll proceed to the payment step where you'll enter your billing details through a secure Stripe-powered form.
Start with the Starter plan if you're just exploring. You can always upgrade later without losing any data or progress. Many successful partners start free and upgrade once they see the value.
Review and Confirm
Review your signup summary
Before finalizing, you'll see a confirmation page showing everything you've entered: business name, contact info, business category, selected plan, and billing details (if applicable). Each section has an "Edit" button so you can go back and change anything.
Submit and access your dashboard
Click "Confirm & Create Account" to finalize your signup. You'll be taken to a success page with a celebration animation and a "Log in now" button. Click it to enter your brand new 1Mint Club dashboard for the first time.
Your First Steps in the Dashboard
Explore the dashboard home
Your dashboard home page shows key metrics (all zeros to start, and that's perfectly fine), a pending tasks section highlighting what to set up next, and a customer profiles grid. The pending tasks are your roadmap — follow them to set up your account completely.
Complete your business profile
Your first task should be completing your business profile. Go to Settings > Profile and fill in your logo, cover image, contact details, business description, and social media links. A complete profile makes your offers and campaigns look professional from the start.
The pending tasks section on your dashboard acts as a setup checklist. Work through each item — profile, loyalty program, first offer, first campaign — and watch your dashboard come to life.
Create your first offer
Head to the Offers page and create your first offer. This could be a simple welcome discount for new customers, a seasonal promotion, or a loyalty reward. Use the AI description generator to save time. Your first offer doesn't have to be perfect — you can always edit it later.
Import your customers
Navigate to the Customers page and import your existing customer list. If you have a CSV or Excel file, use the bulk import. If you're starting from scratch, add a few customers manually. Even 10-20 customers is enough to send your first campaign and see the platform in action.
Send your first campaign
With an offer created and customers imported, you're ready for your first campaign. Go to Campaigns, create a new one, select your customers, use the AI to generate an email from your offer, and send it. Watching that first campaign go live is a milestone moment — congratulations!
Your first campaign doesn't need to go to everyone. Send it to 10-20 of your best customers as a soft launch. Their responses will give you confidence and data for your next, bigger campaign.
