How to Complete Your Business Profile

1Mint Club TeamFebruary 15, 20268 min read

Your business profile is how 1Mint Club knows who you are — and how your customers see you. A complete profile ensures your offers look professional, your campaigns are properly branded, and your account is set up for success.

This guide walks you through every section of the Profile settings page: from uploading your logo and cover image to entering your contact information, social media links, and billing details. Think of it as setting up your digital storefront on 1Mint Club.

Before You Start

  • An active 1Mint Club partner account
  • Your business logo and a cover image ready (recommended sizes will be shown)
  • Your business address, contact information, and tax ID handy

Access Your Profile Settings

1

Navigate to Settings

Click "Settings" in your dashboard sidebar. The page opens to the Profile tab by default — this is your business identity headquarters. Everything on this page affects how your business appears across 1Mint Club.

Upload Your Visual Branding

2

Upload your business logo

Your logo appears on offer cards, campaign emails, and throughout the partner dashboard. Click the logo upload area and select a high-quality image file. Square logos work best. The system supports JPG, PNG, and SVG formats. A transparent background (PNG or SVG) is recommended so it looks great on both light and dark backgrounds.

Pro Tip

Use a logo that's at least 200x200 pixels for crisp display across all screen sizes. If your logo is horizontal/wide, consider using a square icon version instead.

3

Upload a cover image

The cover image is your brand's visual banner. It appears at the top of your public-facing profile and adds personality to your business presence. Choose an image that represents your business — your storefront, your team, your products, or a branded graphic. Landscape orientation works best.

Fill in Business Details

4

Enter your business name and location

Your partner name is how customers see you — make it match your official business name. The location and group fields help organize multi-location businesses. If you have a single location, just enter your primary location name.

5

Add contact information

Enter your business phone number, contact email, and website URL. The email is used for account communications and customer correspondence. Your website link appears on your profile and helps customers learn more about your business.

6

Specify your business type and size

Select your business type (restaurant, retail, fitness, salon, etc.) and size. Your business type influences AI-generated content — offer descriptions and terms are tailored to your industry. It also determines which customer profile fields are shown by default. Enter your Tax ID if applicable for billing and compliance purposes.

Pro Tip

Choosing the right business type is important because it customizes your experience across the platform. If your type isn't listed, choose the closest match or contact support to add your category.

Complete Your Address and Description

7

Enter your business address

Provide your full business address including street, city, state, and ZIP code. This information is used for location-based features and appears on your public profile. For businesses with multiple locations, enter your primary or headquarters address.

8

Write a business description

This is your elevator pitch. Write 2-3 sentences about what makes your business special. Focus on what you offer, who you serve, and why customers love you. This description may appear on your profile and in communications.

Set Up Primary Contact and Billing

9

Add a primary contact person

Enter the name, email, and phone number of the primary contact for your 1Mint Club account. This is the person our team will reach out to for account-related matters, support follow-ups, and important notifications.

10

Enter your billing address

Your billing address is used for invoices and subscription charges. It can be different from your business address — for example, if your billing goes through a corporate office or accounting firm. Make sure this is accurate to avoid payment processing issues.

Pro Tip

If your billing address is the same as your business address, some fields may auto-fill. Double-check everything before saving — incorrect billing info can cause subscription interruptions.

Add Social Media Links

11

Connect your social profiles

Add links to your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok profiles. These links help customers find and follow you on social media, creating additional touchpoints for engagement. Paste the full URL for each platform (e.g., https://instagram.com/yourbusiness).

12

Save your profile

After filling in all sections, click "Save Changes" to update your profile. Changes take effect immediately across the platform. You can return to edit any section at any time — your profile is always a work in progress as your business evolves.

Pro Tip

Review your profile every quarter. Business phone numbers change, social media handles evolve, and descriptions can always be improved. A current profile builds customer confidence.
